Prices are in euro’s, VAT included, excluding shipping costs.
Payment, shipment & delivery:
Payment will be done including shipping costs to the account of Filoplume: NL58INGB0006961345 in Amsterdam.Your order will be shipped within one to two days after the payment has been received. You will be informed by e-mail before your order will be sent. The shipment, through reputable companies will take place under the full responsibility of the shipping company. For damage, missing, or other difficulties caused by shipment, Filoplume can’t be held responsible. If the payment is not transferred to the Filoplume bank account, within two days, we cannot keep your reservation and all items will be removed from reservation.
Return and Refund Policy:
Thanks for shopping at Filoplume. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the product and get a full refund or exchange product for another one, be it similar or not. You can return a product for up to 7 days from the date you purchased it.
Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please keep the receipt.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, and you wish the purchased item to be refunded we will initiate a refund to your credit card /or original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies/ or bank.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non refundable. If you will receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. The risks of sending back are for the customer.
How To Return Your Item:
An email has to be sent to Filoplume before returning via firstname.lastname@example.org with the description of the article you wish to exchange/ return, together with your name, address and account number. Any product you return must be in the same condition you received it and in the original packaging. Please include the receipt.

Items not eligible for refunds:
Items that are on sale we can’t refund but it can be exchanged for something else. Filoplume will accept an annulment before the item is shipped, once the item has been shipped, annulment won’t be possible. Annulment needs to be done by e-mail.
Personal information will be used for our customer base and used for processing the order and sending our newsletter. This information will not be given to third parties. Would you not wish to receive our newsletter, you can add this as a comment to your order.
